D-2, There’s no need to worry…
By: Magnusson | December 10th, 2007
Okay. Apparently nobody is expecting us to win Tuesday night at the Vélodrome against Liverpool. I get it, they seem super strong, they have world class players and we once again will have to face a lot of injuries. Maybe not alot but some crucial ones. Samir nasri’s participation to the game will have to be decided after the late night dinner the entire staff will have tonight at the Castelet in Marseille. Here is one thing to ponder. marseille has been opposed to a LOT of English clubs throughout the years and we haven’t been ridiculed, far from it. Let’s just take the statistics.

I think you guys will win. Call me crazy, and maybe I’m being secretly fed hallucinogenic drugs, but I think this will be a good year for French football. I’m feeling strangely optimistic.

Coming off a truly bizarre match at the weekend, I could see Liverpool screwing this one up as well.

But they’re good… Shit man. I know there’s hope, more hope than most people see. It’ll be a good game.
