It’s time for a confrontation between Hatem and Stephane…

By: Sarah | October 23rd, 2009

One of my favorite things about the build up to the classico is definitely the Nike commercials.  Last year, they released the V is for Victory videos with Hoarau’s header, Ben Arfa playing pétanque and then these interviews (and here and here).

This year, they’ve released a few videos of Hatem Ben Arfa and  Stephane Sessegnon (PSG) as they prepare to battle it out this weekend.

The first video is a battle of technique and control.

The second video is a battle of nerves– a staring contest.  I hope their game faces are scarier than this– they look like they are about to crack up.

I hope there is more to come.  I like the duel angle, but it seems weird considering that Hatem may not even start this game.  Last year, Valbuena was part of the campaign; hopefully he will make a few appearances as well this year in future videos released.   What do you think???
