Aït Ben Idir has been approached…

By: Magnusson | May 29th, 2008

YAY, this is the best news I’ve had all week. Even better than Mandanda making the 23. Sidebar, I would have gladly offered my left nut to be there when Domenech was announcing it to Cissé and Landreau, two players he has a father-son relationship with.
Anyway, to get back to the topic, I’ve told everyone I know that I have some kind of man-crush on Jamel Ait Ben Idir. Just two days ago, I was telling Rami how much I wanted him to play for us. This year, the focus at Le Havre was on Guillaume Hoarau. And rightfully so. The guy scored so many goals people believed he would be Domenech’s surprise. But nobody focused on the guy feeding him balls day in day out, being incredibly technical with a ball and just awesome. He’s even better than Bodmer in my bok
This guy makes me watch Ligue 2 games for ,crying out loud. He and Ben Khalfallah are two players i’d die to see play for us. According to today’s La Provence, José Anigo and Le Havre staff are very advanced. Marseille and Le Havre are very good friends since the Mandanda deal.

On another note, Pape Diouf will be meeting Jean-Michel Aulas tomorrow to start discussing officially the Hatem Ben Arfa case. I’m sure JM would have preferred to negociate a still-in-the-23 Ben Arfa but Pape Diouf will have to use all of his maestria to get them to sell HBA.

I don’t know who this player is but if Marseille sign him he better be at least as good as Nasri at his current level. Ziani turned out to be a dud though I still think he should be given another chance this season.

He’s not playing at the same position as Nasri. In my opinion he’s better because he has consistency. He’s more of a Lorik Cana with a number 10. Or 6. I haven’t seen him have a bad game yet

Marseille have reportedly signed Bobo from Besiktas. If so, great signing.

Bobo, he is the playmaker position I think. Also, why is Marseille blog so behind Lyon’s in terms of posting. I thought Marseille was way more popular than Lyon.

Jao- This is the first I’ve heard this, it ahsn’t been confirmed yet.

Adiya – Marseille IS more popular but I started a few months after Inara and she’s much more dedicated than I am. Her blog is the best on The Offside, period.
